This policy is compliant with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 as applicable in India.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

• Booking details: Name, mobile number, email, pickup/drop addresses, travel date & time, vehicle preference, special instructions.
• Payment details: UPI ID or bank transaction reference (we do NOT store card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs).
• Corporate accounts: Company name, billing address, GSTIN, authorised contact person details.
• Communication: Messages, WhatsApp chats, emails, and phone conversations with our team.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Website analytics: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent, referring URL. Collected via standard analytics tools.
• Cookies: Small text files that remember your preferences (e.g., cookie consent acceptance). See Section 7.
• GPS tracking: During active trips, we track vehicle location for safety and dispatch purposes. Customer location is not tracked outside active trip windows.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process and confirm your bookings.
• To communicate trip details, confirmations, reminders and invoices.
• To dispatch the correct driver to the correct pickup location at the right time.
• To provide customer support and handle grievances.
• To comply with legal, tax (GST) and regulatory obligations.
• To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms & Conditions, and resolve disputes.
• To send occasional service updates or promotional offers (only if you've opted in — you may opt out anytime).
• To improve our services through anonymised analytics.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only as follows:

• With our drivers: Name, mobile number, and pickup/drop locations — necessary for trip execution.
• With corporate clients: For bookings made under a corporate account, trip details are shared with the employer's designated travel desk for reconciliation and billing.
• With aggregator partners: When a booking originates from Savaari, Aeronfly, KTC, or Commute Corporate Mobility, necessary trip details are shared with them as per our vendor agreement.
• With service providers: Payment gateways (UPI/bank), email/SMS service providers, form-handling services (Formspree for website enquiries), and analytics tools — all under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Storage & Security

• Your data is stored on secure servers in India, with access restricted to authorised personnel only.
• Booking records are retained for a minimum of 8 years for GST, income tax, and legal compliance purposes.
• We use industry-standard security practices including SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission and access controls for data at rest.
• While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify you promptly in the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your information.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data (subject to our legal obligation to retain records for tax/legal compliance).
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time. Transactional messages (booking confirmations, invoices) cannot be opted out of as they are essential for service delivery.
• Withdraw consent: Withdraw previously granted consent for data processing (may affect our ability to provide services).

Our website uses cookies for the following purposes:

Our booking form is processed by Formspree (formspree.io) which has its own privacy policy.

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
